1:1 (In-Person or Online Hybrid) Investment: $499 NZD per month with a 3 month minimum commitment Includes: 4x 1:1 60-minute in-person personal training sessions per month Strength and conditioning training program inside a custom app Video and written description of each exercise Custom lifestyle design to address how you feel outside (sleep, nutrition, stress management, and daily movement) Direct messaging support Mon-Fri Monthly check-in Who is this for? This option is great for athletes and fitness enthusiasts coming back from injury or time off of training. This is also great for you if you have a specific training goal AND are comfortable training most of the week on your own.
